Payment Due
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colours and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

No show = No cookies
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 3 days prior to your pickup time.

Refunds
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!

Delivery Clause
All orders are pick-up only. Delivery may be available if you live within the Greater Victoria area (subject to availability). Please enquire at the time of ordering.

Pick-up Dates and Times
Delivery and pick up times are set up when ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too!

Change Cutoff
Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 1 week before. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.

Inspiration
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close.

Covid Care
We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

In a hurry?
While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of 50%.

Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honour old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honour their old flour prices – darn it).

Product Photography
Say Cheese!!  If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Copycats
Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them! We can make a similar colour palette or “inspired by” designs though, so let’s talk!

Pictures are worth a thousand words
But they are not always accurate. Colours and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5×11 inch cookie!!)

Order Minimums
I require a minimum of 1 dozen! Need fewer? Try and catch me at a market!  See my Events page for details.

No Ghosts
To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it. Questions for me? Please give me about 24 hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough!

Achoo! Allergies?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.

Food Hygiene Regulations
This order has been made in a commercial kitchen inspected by VIHA. However, our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it!

Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Refunds
While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Bulk Order?
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget

Once you’ve submitted your payment for your order, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome. Awesome!
