Event FAQ
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend a class:
Proof of vaccination is not currently required.
How are we seating?
The room has tables that each seats 1 person. If you wish to sit together with another attendee, please arrive 15 minutes early to secure seats next to each other.
Can I reserve my seat?
No, sorry. Seating is first come first served! You can come up to 15 min prior to the event start, no earlier. If you come earlier, please wait outside.
Do I have to wear a mask?
You do not need to wear a mask during the event but please feel free to wear one if you feel more comfortable doing so.
What about hand sanitizer?
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer provided by us upon entering the store, before you take your seat.
Can we shop during the class?
Yes! The bar will be open and you can also order hot drinks and snacks.
What other measures are in place to keep us safe?
Upgraded cleaning procedures. Sanitizing of all surfaces and bathroom before and after each event.
What if I have food allergies?
Please talk to us before registering. Food allergies can not always be accommodated.
If I cancel will I get a refund?
You will get a full refund (less credit card processing fees) when cancelling up to 72 hours prior to event start time. Any cancellation within 72 hours will not be refunded. No exceptions. You can send someone in your place instead or pick up your cookie decorating kit and complete at home.
What happens if Covid-19 restrictions changes before the event?
Unfortunately, since the beginning of the pandemic, it has been very hard to predict when restrictions will be lifted or back in place. We only schedule events for dates when the restrictions allow. However, if we no longer can run the event, we will cancel or postpone it to a later date. You will be notified by email as soon as we cancel and we will offer you a choice of either leaving your credit with us for a later event, or to use this credit to shop on our website, or you can be issued a refund.
